Unused products may be returned for a refund under the following conditions:

• The product must not be used or damaged or altered in any way.
• Capacitors and sealed electronic parts may not be returned under any condition.
• All items returned with a request for refund are subject to inspection by our staff. Any evidence of use, damage, or alteration will prevent a refund. The decision of our staff is final.
• Products may not be returned after 30 days.
• Products that are not stock items, which were ordered specifically for you, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, if all other refund conditions are met.
• All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

WARRANTIES

Products:
The manufacturer’s warranty applies to each product sold. No further warranties are granted or
implied.

Repairs and Service:

• Normal warranty on repaired items is 90 days and covers materials and workmanship only. Discuss the warranty policy when you contact us for repair to be sure this is the term that applies to your item that needs repair.
• All warranty granted upon a repair is subject to inspection of the returned repaired item and is voided if there is evidence of misuse, altering or tampering with the repair performed by us. All decisions made by our staff are final.
• Any warranty granted will cover only the portion of the item actually repaired.
• All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
• Acts of God and water damage are not covered under this warranty.
